This month we launched editing exercises to allow for changes after a learner submits and pathways which is a new way to display a set of courses all under one theme.

Post-Submission Exercise & Survey Editing

We've made it possible for instructors to edit exercises and surveys after learners have already submitted without needing to contact support or engineering. The system now classifies your changes automatically and guides you through a safe workflow to protect learner data.

• Exercise Rules

  • Edit the exercise title at any time with no restrictions

  • Adjust the deadline to an earlier date/time after submissions

  • Decrease the number of limited attempts after submissions

  • Group exercise setting is locked once submissions exist

  Survey Rules

  • Changing option labels is the only breaking change

Pathways

Admins can now create Pathways which are curated, ordered tracks that group multiple Courses into a single guided journey. Learners see a clear sequence, enroll in one click, and track progress across the full path. Admins build and manage pathways without engineering support.

• Admins: Create a new Pathway with a title, description, cover image, and an ordered list of courses

• Learners: Pathways appear in the Catalog as distinct cards labeled "Pathway," alongside Courses and Sparks

  • Learners must be assigned to the common team across all courses in a pathway in order to see a pathway
